En effet, cette fonction est en pleine transformation \u00e0 la fois en amont des pr\u00e9occupations au travers du r\u00e9glementaire mais aussi des seules incitations (c\u2019est tr\u00e8s vrai de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la lutte contre la fraude, par exemple). Alors que l\u2019essence de leur m\u00e9tier est d\u2019\u00e9quiper leur client, l\u2019essentiel de leur \u00e9nergie est affect\u00e9e \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s de deuxi\u00e8me cercle (contr\u00f4les, reporting, respect des exigences r\u00e9glementaires,\u2026). Qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de la qualit\u00e9 de la donn\u00e9e elle-m\u00eame, de sa mise \u00e0 disposition, etc. ou qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de la quantit\u00e9 de donn\u00e9es n\u00e9cessaires, chaque projet prend tr\u00e8s vite une grande ampleur que ce soit pour revisiter des tableaux de bord de pilotage ou pour mettre en place une gestion des alertes en mati\u00e8re de lutte contre le blanchiment et le financement du terrorisme, par exemple. Sans compter que, syst\u00e9matiquement, de nombreux services \/ d\u00e9partements sont concern\u00e9s par tout projet.
