2. Legal status and business continuity

As part of its legal and organizational evolution, the activity historically carried out by the company Akeance Consulting (former entity registered under number 478 182 538) was the subject of a merger-absorption operation which took place in 2023 , in accordance with the provisions of articles L.236-1 et seq. of the Commercial Code.

This operation resulted in a universal transfer of assets to the acquiring company, followed by the dissolution without liquidation of the former entity.

The company currently registered under number 949 282 180 continues all of the consulting activities previously carried out, under the name Akeance Consulting , with continuity of contractual commitments, expertise, teams and brand.

Thus, Akeance Consulting now operates within this new legal structure, while ensuring the operational and commercial continuity of its services.
